Accessing grades and attendance information:
To access a student's information you will need the student's ID number and PIN code.

To obtain the student’s ID and PIN code you must complete a Student Grade Security form which is available at the front office of the school.

The Student ID is also known as the student number (this is the number printed on the student's schedule).

The PIN Code was generated and sent to you in a form letter.

Various reports are available, including class grades and missing assignments.

Note: For security reasons, the displayed reports do not contain reference to a student name. Looking up previously referenced pages from this browser will not reveal the person to whom the data belongs. The information available from this viewer is specific only to a given student ID and PIN code. It is the obligation of the user of this web page to know the proper student ID and PIN code and to keep them confidential. “Z” Grades for Missing Grades

A special grade that distinguishes a working zero from a non-working zero is the “Z” grade. If a student attempts to do an assignment and receives a zero, you would see a zero “0”. If a student does not do an assignment or is absent, you will see a non-working zero for the student’s grade, which is entered as a “Z”. A “Z” grade is calculated as a zero “0”.

“X” Means student was exempt from assignment.

“ – “ Means student grade was not entered.
